Customers are required to report any cancellations or requests for modifications to their bookings within a specified timeframe. Our standard cancellation timeframe is set at 5 days from the date of making the reservation. This allows us to manage our resources efficiently and provides customers with ample time to adjust their plans as needed.
Conditions for Cancellation and Replacement:
Cancellation and replacement of event bookings are subject to certain conditions to ensure fairness and consistency in our operations. These conditions include:

Sample Policy:
As an example of our cancellation policy, customers are allowed to cancel their event booking within 5 days of making the reservation. In such cases, refunds will be promptly processed back to the original payment method used for the booking. Please note that refunds may take a few business days to reflect in the customer’s account, depending on the policies of the payment provider and the issuing bank.
